The desire for the advancement of increasingly effective educational systems has resulted in the integration of Outcome Based Education according to NEP2020, with a crucial aspect being the provision of a reliable assessment tool. Taking this into account, this current paper presents a software solution that has been developed using the cognitive domain of Bloom’s Taxonomy as a foundation for the creation of such evaluation items. The goal is to achieve Learning Outcomes such as Course Outcomes and Program Outcomes using this software solution model.
